By booking an appointment with Liz Wall House of Wellness, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Refund Policy.

Welcome to Liz Wall House of Wellness. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure every client enjoys a safe, relaxing and professional experience. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, email or social media.
Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to settle in and complete any necessary paperwork.

2. Consultation Forms
All new clients must complete a consultation form before their first treatment.
It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications or changes to your health that may affect your treatment.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in treatment being declined.

3. Contraindications
Some treatments may not be suitable for certain medical conditions.
Liz Wall House of Wellness reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is considered unsafe.
A doctor's or healthcare professional's approval may be required before treatment can proceed.

4. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

More than 24 hours' notice – your deposit can be transferred to another appointment.

Less than 24 hours' notice – your deposit will be forfeited.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in the full treatment fee being charged.

5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrival may reduce your treatment time to avoid delaying the next client.
The full treatment fee will still apply.

6. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required when booking.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment unless payment has already been made online.

7. Refunds
Massage and wellness treatments are personalised services.
Completed treatments are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact Liz Wall House of Wellness within 48 hours, and every effort will be made to resolve your concerns fairly.
8. Treatment Results
Every individual responds differently to treatment.
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Treatments provided by Liz Wall House of Wellness are intended to support relaxation, wellbeing and recovery and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

9. Professional Standards
Liz Wall House of Wellness is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful and professional environment.
Any abusive, aggressive, inappropriate or sexual behaviour towards the therapist will result in the immediate termination of the appointment.
The full treatment fee will remain payable.

10. Mobile Phones
To maintain a peaceful environment, clients are kindly asked to switch mobile phones to silent during their appointment.

11. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Liz Wall House of Wellness accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

12. Children
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide written parental consent before treatment.

13. Right to Refuse Treatment
Liz Wall House of Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

Treatment is considered unsafe.

A client attends under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

A client behaves inappropriately.

Medical information has not been disclosed.
